                                 Los Cabos in style transportation Service policy:

 In order to provide the best service possible it is important to comply with the following policies :

 Transportation Cancellations:

Cancel up to 48 hrs in advance for a 80% refund. Office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. After 3:00 pm please call (800) 658 7599 and leave a message. 

No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours. (Excluded are delayed and cancelled flights or reasons not under the clients control)

 Changes:

Due to the state of Baja California Sur transportation law, we can make changes only if the change is requested 5 hours before the service is to be provided. We have no warranty to provide a service that is changed last minute due to our vehicles availability. (Excluded are delayed and cancelled flights or reasons not under the clients control)

Activity transfers:

Drop off and pick up locations must be the same unless the client requests a different location and as long as it doesn’t exceed the time limits.

  • Dinner, lunch or breakfast transfers. – From 3 to 4 hours. Golf transfers. – From 4 to 5 hours

  • Snorkeling, whale watching, sunset and ATV tours. – depending on the length of the tour.

When exceeding these time limits, an extra hourly charge will apply. Activity transfers are to be provided within Los Cabos Municipal (Cabo San Lucas, corridor and San Jose del Cabo)

 Open services:

Extra hours will be charged if clients exceed the time limit. Open services are to be provided within Los Cabos Municipal (Cabo San Lucas, corridor and San Jose del Cabo)

 

                           Los Cabos in style private chef and catering policies:

PAYMENT METHODS:

 All services must be paid in advance. Via Credit Card- Visa, American Express, or Mastercard or Pay Pal.
Events and Weddings – 50% deposit is asked 1 month before the event and the balance due 7 days before the event. 

Private Chef Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation within 72 hours prior will be charged full price.

  • Cancellation made 96 hours prior or more are 80% refund.

Events and Weddings – Cancellation made 2 weeks before the event are 90% refund.

 

                                      Los Cabos In Style Activities Policy:

In general if you cancel before 48 hours you'll recieve a 100% refund. If you cancel within 24 hours you'll receive a 50% refund. Your invoice will include the cancellation policy for the specific tour/activity/excursion you reserved. Each tour company has their own policy and this information will be relayed to you prior to payment.
